About Solid Foundation

Solid Foundation has been in business since 2007. Over the last 18 years, we have been fortunate to be a part of many different types of construction projects. Each one carries with it new challenges and design opportunities. The accumulated experience we have to offer is uniquely qualified to provide solutions where others might only see problems. Outside-the-box thinking to streamline the assembly of these homes is essential to success in the goal of constantly refining the process.

Solid Foundation is committed to employing only individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States. 

Our licenses and certifications are current and in good standing with State and local entities. 

The Team

Our team is comprised of a special group of professionals. Emily is an essential member of the team. Nothing can happen in the field without a qualified and organized office administrator. Emily’s responsibilities include bookkeeping, payables/receivables, payroll, and license/permit acquisition. Our project manager, Ryan, manages the estimating, scheduling, and workflow of our projects. From material acquisition to getting the right personnel on the job to get the work done, strong management is key. We take pride in communicating well and our attention to the details.

Matias and Roberto are the two field crew leaders. Roberto has been with Solid Foundation for 5 years and Matias is starting his 8th year on the team. The class and quality of these men is unparalleled. A under their leadership are Ismael, Jairon, Baltazar, Miguel, and Eliel. These men cumulatively have a very wide skillset. Some excel at drywall and paint while others specialize in framing and carpentry. Last but certainly not least is our equipment operator, LD Lewis. If it has wheels or tracks, LD can operate it! He has a clean safety record and operates all machinery with care.

Directing the company is Josh Henderson. Henderson graduated in 2004 from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology and has been in the construction business for over 20 years. The experience of each new project provides the opportunity to grow and continue to practice his craft. Many things may have changed throughout the years, but one constant is SF’s relentless pursuit of client satisfaction. We set out to complete projects safely, on budget, on time, and at the highest level of quality. It is a collaborative effort that is rooted in effective communication, and I believe that starts with leadership and reflects itself in the entire team.
