Birmingham has been our home base since 2007. From historic homes on the Southside to commercial sites across Jones Valley, we handle excavation, drainage, concrete and remodeling with one licensed team.
Birmingham sits in Jones Valley below Red Mountain, and its neighborhoods range from early-1900s homes in Highland Park, Forest Park, Glen Iris and Redmont Park to post-war houses in Crestwood and newer infill lots across the city. Older homes on hillside streets often come with aging retaining walls, drainage that was never designed for today’s storms, and floor plans that need rethinking.
Several of these neighborhoods are local historic districts, where exterior changes can require design review with the City of Birmingham, so we plan additions and exterior work with that in mind. And because we take on industrial, commercial and residential projects, we’re just as comfortable clearing and grading a commercial lot as remodeling a kitchen in a century-old house.
